I bought the Cap because it was on Close Out, but I'm glad I did. The Sales Pitch was to keep the Head still while putting, which I somewhat agree with. I bought the Cap so the Laser can help maintain a consistent eye line over or inside the ball and along the target line throughout the stroke. Any significant Head movement, such as lifting the Head too early (often called "peeking"), was being tested by me as well. Lastly, any putting stroke uses the shoulders as its primary engine, with the arms and hands remaining relatively passive, allowing the shoulders to dictate the stroke path and tempo. This minimizes wrist breakdown and keeps the putter face square. Anyway, I believe the Sales Pitch should not be only about keeping the Head still (impossible with shoulders moving in stroke); this Cap has many benefits, and the Head movement is the least important. Thanks for the simple and great product!
